Terms
Terms and Conditions
The rules for using this site. This is not a services agreement — a project's scope, deliverables, and price are only ever set in a separate written proposal.
This page describes, in plain language, what this site actually does today. If that changes, this page changes with it and the date at the bottom moves.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Felipe Parra, based in México. By using it, you agree to the terms on this page.
The content here is informational
Everything on this site — the project write-ups, the process description, the FAQ, and the service descriptions — is provided for general information about the work on offer. None of it is a professional opinion about your specific situation, and none of it is a binding quote by itself.
Ownership of this site's content
The text, design, and code of this site itself — not work delivered to a client under a separate agreement — belong to Felipe Parra. You may read and share links to it; you may not republish it as your own or reuse its design system for a competing site without asking first.
Offers, pricing, and what becomes a contract
Service descriptions on this site ("Offers"), including any pricing label, deliverables list, or exclusions list, are indicative starting points for a conversation, not a contract and not a fixed quote.
Sending a project brief through this site, receiving a reply, or discussing scope does not by itself create a contract or any obligation to deliver work. A contract exists only once the deliverables, exclusions, price, and timing are set out in a written proposal that both sides separately agree to.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions made based on the content of this site, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use. This limitation does not extend to a separately signed services agreement, which sets its own terms.
Governing law
These site terms are governed by the laws of México, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute about this site (as distinct from a separately signed services agreement) is subject to the courts of México.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes; the date below reflects the latest revision.
